On Tuesday 24th January 2017, Year 4 held a Polar Explorer day, as part of their Frozen Kingdom topic. This day was lead by Simon, an explorer who had visited the Polar Regions, who shared his experiences with the children. Many children dressed up as explorers or polar animals, and enjoyed a very interactive day. Check out the photos in the Learning Gallery!
On Thursday 12th January, Class 4CS performed their class assembly to parents, staff and pupils from Year 3 and 4. The assembly was on the theme of sound and included elements of Science, poetry and a play! The children worked very hard to make this an entertaining production. On Wednesday 30th November, Year 4 went to St Barnabas Library to watch the Sparks Arts production of The Emperor's New Clothes. We all found the show entertaining and amusing, and had a fabulous time! Check out the photos in the Learning Gallery.
On Wednesday 23rd November, 4CS enjoyed spending an afternoon combining their maths skills with sport. The children had a fantastic time trying out some new sporting activities, while fine tuning their addition, measuring and problem solving skills.
