4th May Message

Hello Mount Rushmore! So last week, the theme of my messages were largely literacy based (my favourite subject, as you may have noticed!)

I decided I need to change the theme this week and have challenged myself with a science theme! (Don't get too excited, my scientific skills are somewhat lacking!)

Nevertheless, you will, at the least, enjoy watching for comic effect!

Today, I will show you what I made with my two younger children.  Below are some pictures of how we started.

If you wish to, you will need: a small plastic bottle, old newspapers (wripped into small strips), pva glue mixed with a little bit of water and some masking tape or sellotape.  If you have paint, that would be great.

However, I have not created these videos for you to carry out this task.  They are there to share with you what I have been up to and have a laugh at me!  cheeky

Doing the experiment and making is optional. I appreciate many of you may not have these resources at home.

So, watch the video below.  But you will have to wait until tomorrow to see my efforts in creating a volcano eruption! I know you just cannot wait!
