Mental Health Awareness Week - 18th May to 24th May 2020

Today marks the start of Mental Health Awareness Week. The focus is on kindness and I would like us all to join in by trying to add to your own calendar of kindness through the week.  Being kind to others

  • Makes us feel good
  • Improves relationships
  • Makes us all happy
  • Helps bond us as a community, family or school

You can either print one off from the page given or create your own at home on some paper.  There are some suggestions in the example calendar or you can try some of the ones suggested in the May Calendar.
