Roll the Dice workout
A fun way to vary your workout, and a chance to be a little bit creative with your art skills.
I went for breakfast and realised that I had finished all my cornflakes (you can imagine my disappointment), but I thought how can I turn this bad situation into a good one.
Step 1 - I took the front and back from the box and then drew a design on them to make a cube, using a ruler and pencil. You can find templates on the internet if you need to or get an adult or older sibling to help. Make 2 of these.
Step 2 - Make sure you are supervised by an adult or older sibling or get them to do it for you, cut out your template.
Step 3 - Design your boxes - Box 1 give all the faces a time 10/20/30/40/50/60 seconds make it really colourful and fun - Box 2 - Think of 6 exercises and draw a picture that relates to them make them really colour=ful and fun, show off your art skills.
Step 4 - Fold the lines and tabs and either stick with glue or sellotape your cube together.
Step 5 - Have fun - Play with others in the house - Play on your own - Make your own game
You could also do this with ball skills - Such as basketball bouncing / Football kick ups / Balancing a ball
REMEMBER ONCE YOU HAVE HAD ENOUGH OF THIS MAKE SURE YOU PUT THE CUBE IN THE RECYCLE.
