A fun way to practice your skills with a ball. Keepy ups mean how many times you can keep a ball in the air and not let it hit the floor, but if you are finding it hard you can allow the ball to bounce once or twice. This doesn't have to be with your feet you could use your hards, a book as a rackets or bat.
If you want to make it easier or if you are in foundation or Year 1 you could use a balloon or beach ball.
