School Nursing Service (Healthy Together Team)

The School Nurse team are continuing to support the young people and parents attending our school. They are now working city-wide with a separate Public Health team and safeguarding team, therefore you may be contacted by staff you have not had previous contact with.

The new team telephone number is:  0116 215 3230. This is a confidential answer machine and is listened to twice a day (Mon – Fri). This number can also be used by parents or carers who wish to contact the Healthy Together (School Nurse) service directly.

The school can make referrals on your behalf for example for issues around continence, feeding or anxiety. If you feel that you would like your child to be referred to the school nursing, please contact either
